Local Promotions is operated by ZMC LLC d/b/a HOME TECH+, an independent AT&T Authorized Dealer based in Clermont, Florida. This is not AT&T’s corporate website. Questions about this website or an inquiry can be sent to info@zmc-pro.com or discussed at 888-621-8877.
Information you submit
The optional callback form asks for your name, email, phone number, postal code and a message describing your service interest and preferred callback time. Submissions are sent to our HubSpot customer-management system so our team can respond, keep a record of the inquiry and coordinate follow-up. Selecting a product alone does not submit an inquiry. A public product selection may be shown in the message field, where you can review or change it before submitting.
Requesting a callback asks our team to contact you by phone or email about that inquiry. It does not place an order, authorize a credit check, enroll you in a paid service or marketing-email subscription, or authorize automated AI callbacks or texts. You may ask our team to stop follow-up or correct your information.
Information not requested here
Do not enter Social Security numbers, credit or debit card details, account passwords, security answers, PINs, government identification or other sensitive account information in the form, ordinary email or Phoenix AI conversations. The website has no online checkout or credit-check function. If you later choose to order service, the authorized carrier process has its own notices, eligibility checks and permissions.
Service providers and technical information
HubSpot provides the form and CRM. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. These services and our hosting/network providers can process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser/device details, interaction signals, requested URLs and timestamps, to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the service. This version of the website does not add advertising pixels, a global HubSpot marketing-tracking script or an AI chat widget. Public product and campaign parameters can travel in navigation URLs and may accompany the form’s page context. They are not proof of a customer’s eligibility or consent. Do not put contact details or sensitive information in a URL. Third-party services’ technical records are separate from your form message.
Calls, email and optional AI
Phone and email links open your device’s calling or email application; you decide whether to proceed. Phone routing uses Twilio. Applicable recording and optional-AI notices are provided in the call flow. If you choose Phoenix AI assistance after its disclosure, the conversation may be recorded, stored and processed by ElevenLabs and configured service providers. Phoenix does not place orders or collect sensitive account information. Submitting this form does not activate the microphone, start Phoenix or authorize an AI call.
Access, follow-up and privacy questions
Our team uses inquiry records and configured service providers to manage your request. Contact us if you want to correct submitted details, stop follow-up, or ask about access, retention or deletion of an inquiry. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational, security or legal purposes. Do not send an identity document or SSN with a privacy request; we will explain any appropriate verification process separately.
